Packages are shipped via carriers that are most advantagaeous to the customer per parameters according to size and price. Smaller pieces are shipped via USPS and larger packages are shipped UPS
All packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. You will be emailed a number to track your package online, if an email was provided at checkout.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our fused glass art and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find it completely matches your expectations. If however, you decide to return your purchase, we will refund the item. Please note, there is a 10% restocking fee and any custom piece is nonrefundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Shipping & handling costs will not be refunded. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and have a return authorization label.
How to return:
1) Contact us (email or call) requesting a Return Authorization (RA) label within 10 days of receipt of item.
2) The item must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving the Return Authorization (RA) label.
2) You must use the original shipping and packing materials or equivalent. RA label must be included on the package. If you are unsure about repacking, please bring the item to the UPS store or FedEx office for repacking at your expense.
3) You are responsible for return shipping & handling costs.
4) Repack the item in its original packing materials. You are responsible for glass pieces damaged in return transit. If you are unsure about repacking, please bring the item to the UPS store or FedEx office for repacking at your expense.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of receiving the items by Jacki Cohen Glass Art Designs providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the glass piece minus shipping and handling costs. Please remember there is a 10% restocking fee. We do not give credit for shipping or handling charges. We cannot accept items that have been damaged. You will be notified of the status of your return by email, if you provdied an email address at the time you placed your order.
